Do you accept international orders?

Yes! With the exception of kits, we currently ship internationally. Please select the appropriate country at checkout. Keep in mind that customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

Please note that due to significant increases in shipping rates, we have temporarily stopped accepting orders from Australia and New Zealand.

Do you teach classes?

We teach classes at our Bronx studio periodically. For our friends out of town we recommend trying your hand at our kits.

I saw this flower on your Instagram, but it’s not online - can I order it?

Usually, yes! We’re constantly rotating our online offerings, so if you have something in mind that you don’t see here please just send us an email with a screenshot and a description and we can get you sorted.

Your lead time says 6-8 weeks, but I’m hoping to have this in time for my best friend's birthday. Is this possible?

Please send us an email, and we’ll see what we can do! We’re also happy to include a notecard for any special occasions - just include a note at checkout.

How do I care for my paper flowers?

Please shape your paper flower or plant by gently shaping the wire stems. To ensure the longevity of your paper flowers, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and humid conditions. Please avoid contact with water as this can cause the dye to run. To dust, please use a hairdryer set to low and cool. For more information please visit our care page.

When will my order ship?

Kits and books typically ship within a week, while paper flowers typically ship within 8 weeks. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once it has. Please keep in mind everything's made to order (even kits). 

I have a problem with the shipment of my order. What should I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that. Please read more below on which situation applies to you, so that we can help.

My order says it was delivered, but I did not receive it.
Please check all possible spots the package may have been tucked away and with your neighbors. If after 24 hrs the package still has not shown up, please email us as soon as possible so we can help tracking down your order with the shipping service.
I have an international order that says it has been shipped, but it has still not been delivered.
We recommend following the tracking number you've receive via email closely. If the package has reached the destination country, but has stopped moving it is likely there is customs due to complete delivery. In this case, please reach out to your local customs office to pay the duty. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any duties that may be incurred. My order arrived damaged.
We pack all of our orders very carefully and nearly all of our orders arrive safely to their destination. We recommend opening the package upon receipt to inspect thoroughly. All damage must be reported within the week of receipt. On the rare occasion a piece was damaged in transit, please send an email to hello@thegreenvase.com with pictures of the damages as well as pictures of the shipping box so we can help sort things out. Please save the shipping box until you hear back from us. UPS will sometimes ask to inspect the shipping box in order to process the claim.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns at this time as all pieces are made to order especially for you! Please email us with any questions prior to placing your order.

Do you take on custom work?

Yes, of course! We love special projects. Please shoot us an email and let us know what you have in mind.

Are you accepting new wholesale accounts?

We aren't actively accepting new wholesale accounts at this time. Please send an email to livia@thegreenvase.com if you're interested in a special collaboration or to be placed on our wholesale waitlist.

Can I pick-up an order instead of having it shipped?

Absolutely - if you’re local to the New York City area, you’re more than welcome to pick up your order from our Bronx studio. Please select the pickup option at checkout, and we'll be in touch once your order is ready.
